Coach Earl Downing is a seasoned track and field coach with over 50 years of experience in the sport.<\/span> His journey began as a successful sprinter at Yale University, where he competed at the NCAA Division I National level.<\/span> LinkedIn<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>

Currently, Coach Downing leads SpeedBuild USA, an organization dedicated to enhancing athletic performance by focusing on three key areas: Speed & Strength, Speed & Endurance, and Competition & Recovery.<\/span> His training programs cater to athletes across various sports, including lacrosse, football, soccer, gymnastics, and basketball, emphasizing the universal importance of speed.<\/span> SpeedBuild USA<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>
